Ego, Being Selfish, and Repetition of the Lifts

One of the synonyms for the word 'selfish' is 'self seeking'. In this episode Glenn and I discuss the role of ego and selfishness in becoming a weightlifter. We also discuss the repetition needed in learning the snatch and clean & jerk as apposed to the squat and the deadlift with regards to muscle building and motor learning.
