Zach Krych | The Sport's Greatest Comeback

Zach Krych became famous as a weightlifter when he overcame one of the most brutal injuries our sport has to offer. After being told by the doctors that he would never even press an empty barbell over his head again, he worked his way through some of the most brutal training at the OTC, becoming a national champion and setting life-time PRs. This is one of the most inspiring stories our sport has ever seen.
Zach knows a huge amount about the programming side of this sport. We tackled this subject first so as to ensure we didn’t get too hung up on the injury.
Lastly, I wasn’t able to make this episode due to my visit to Canada, so enjoy Josh as he plays the role of head host!
