Raindrops: Night Night!

Raindrops: Night Night!

It's time for another raindrop!

This week I want to talk about the importance of ending your day with a plan.

I know we hear all the time about the importance of a morning routine. But what about your evening routine? I would argue that the end of your day is slightly more important than the start of it.

The reason is that your evening is what sets up your morning!

For me, I need my clothes picked out, my day mapped out and my lunch packed before I call it a night. It allows me to fully utilize the time I have during the day and execute the task as hand.

If I don't plan accordingly, I am setting myself up for failure. PERIOD!

With that being said, today's tip is to write down your plans for the next day each night before you go to sleep. Use your google calendar to keep track of all your meetings, lunches and obligations.

Seriously, I even have my meditation and work programmed in it!

Make this a habit and before you know it, it will become second nature. Use this to fully take advantage of the time you have during the day and cut down on time wasted thinking about the next thing you have to do.

I hope this helps! Comment below with any other tips you may have!
