How Will We Emerge? | Covid-19 Ep. 84

How Will We Emerge? | Covid-19 Ep. 84

"In every situation, life is asking us a question, and our actions are the answer."

Ryan Holiday, The Obstacle Is the Way

I'll be honest. I don't know exactly what's going on...

All I can tell you are the facts. However, I cannot tell you what they mean or how to interpret them.

There has been so much uncertainty and fear surrounding this Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak. From schools closing, employees working from home, restaurants & bars shutting down their dining areas, and curfews being set, there is no denying the impact and scale of this outbreak.

Whether you agree with these measures or not, the fact remains the same. The reactions and the current situation are real. PERIOD.

So where do we go from here?

Again, I don't know.

What I do know is the way we as individuals, communities, states, and countries emerge from this Pandemic will be discussed, recorded and dissected in history. This is one of those moments in life where we will remember where we were when Covid-19 first hit.

The only question that remains moving forward is this:

"How will we write history?"

We've already seen the mass hysteria and hoarding of hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, toilet paper, bottled water, guns, and ammo. Yeah, everything is every man for himself out there.

We've also seen free food given, kind gestures, selfless acts, and shared joy and encouragement.

This is two sides of the same coin. The beauty of it is you don't have to play this one out by chance. You get to choose heads or tails. And last I checked, nobody wants to be the ass. I certainly don't want to.

How will we emerge from this Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak?

The ink is wet, the page is blank, and the next words that get written are yours. What will it say?
