Running in Reverse

Running in Reverse

On this week's episode, we talk about looking forwards and backwards. We touch on the differences, pros and cons of depth and breadth of thinking and talk about the ways in which we intake, integrate and generate new knowledge differently. A key concept we touched on is managing people with principles as opposed to rules, using Agile & Design Thinking on yourself and how anxiety can result in Impulsive thinking and/or analysis paralysis.
