In this episode Rosa and I discuss the developments we have made regarding our relationship with food, body image, and confidence. This is a more casual episode, we aren't doctors or therapists or nutritionists, but we do have a lot of lived experience with this issue. If you are serious struggling, please seek professional help. Go to your doctor and talk to them about problems you are experiencing, even if it is purely mental, that is the first step. There are also a lot of online resources available which may help you. I have listed some helpful sites below. Sending my love xx
