Luca talks to Monty about the vineyard soils of his area and how they affect the way Vino Nobile tastes. Luca presents their single-vineyard wine “Nocio,” named after a big walnut tree located on vineyard grounds. Monty and Luca also discuss the reputation of the Vino Nobile denomination in the market and presents a number of personal favorites in terms of food pairings with Vino Nobile.
