Today she is back in Lugana with Fabio Zenato, the newly elected President of the Consortium Tutela Lugana DOC. Together they taste examples of Lugana wines from his family winery “Le Morette”. More about today’s winery: Le Morette lies on the narrow of land between the south coast of Lake Garda and the little Frassino Lake. The winery has been founded by Gino Zenato 60 years ago, today it’s the third generation of winemakers that is continuing the family tradition with the same passion and enthusiasm. The Zenato family have developed a deep knowledge of the vine variety and the territory, particularly the Turbiana. The new winery opened in October 2013, built with the greatest respect for the for the environment and surrounded by vineyards, in a 10-hectare area.
