About today’s guest: Chris Scott was born in Dunedin, New Zealand and studied at Canterbury University where he graduated with first class honours in electrical engineering. He was a keen rower and was proud to have rowed for the New Zealand junior team at the age of 16. As a student he worked hands-on in the vineyards of Canterbury but it wasn't until after he had settled in London that his interest in wine developed. He met Jane his wife in 1999 and they married in 2001, the year they began their wine studies before setting up ThirtyFifty in 2002.
