Great friends/teachers have helped him in his path of prfessional growth, from Attilio Sceinza to Donato Lanati, from Vittorio Fiore to Nicola Tucci. He approached in organic agriculture since 2011 when it was not so popular in northern Italy. A very important step has been in 2013, when the first georgian amphora (Kvèvri) arrived in the winery and Vittorio started to apply long skin macerations to albana mosts (at the beginning almost as a joke, and now also as a real business). The maceration of the indigenous white variety of the Romagna region is now his great passion. Vittorio loves white wines. Vittorio’ss keywords are curiosity, hard work and the example of parents, all seasoned by the joy of those who work not only for the gain and a healthy self-irony typical of the people of Romagna Connect: Facebook Tre Monti Instagram Tre.monti Website www.tremonti.it _______________________________ Let's keep in touch!
