03 I’m Nervous! I need to attend my child’s IEP meeting. What to know.

Dear Parents~

Does your child have an IEP – an individual education Plan, but you don’t know what that really means? Maybe your child receives speech therapy because they do not speak or understand well. There are ways to become comfortable with the vast amount of information. There are ways to stand up for yourself and your child, and … spoiler… your school wants your participation! And we all want your child to grow, learn and communicate well.

Today's episode will give YOU strategies to communicate better for yourself and your child and give you a way to build a connection that will make you more comfortable in those difficult meetings.

Be encouraged, parents!

Always Cheering you on,

Dinalynn
