How Can YOU Deal With Covid ANXIETY?

Anxiety is high as many people worry about the long-term effects of long covid. Although we cannot stop that from happening, we can help our bodies build a healthy system that allows us to battle the virus as much as possible, so our anxiety can be calmed as much as possible.

Today we look at how we can best stay healthy through the coughs, colds and sneezing seasons of autumn and winter.
