123: Afraid of feeling hungry? Listen to this!

You don't have to starve or restrict to lose weight... but you do need to learn to listen to your own hunger signals. BUT this can feel hard to do when we have a collection of past diet experiences that left us going to bed hungry or doubting our own hunger signals! So it makes sense that we overeat.

In today's episode I am breaking down the top 4 reasons it is hard to follow our own hunger signals (some of them might surprise you) and then I'm giving you 3 tips to work through hunger fear. These tips are going to be tangible actions you can start taking today that will make it feel safer and easier to start actually listening to your own body.
