Today I'm chatting with the winner of the Ultimate Mead Maker of 2023, Matthew Allen! The Ultimate Mead Maker Challenge is a very unique competition in that it goes beyond just one bottle of mead. I put 16 mead makers through 4 challenges to see who was the best mead maker. After each challenge we eliminated 4 of them until we were down to just 1 left.
