How menstruation should be taught in school: the basics

Our podcast hosts, Ninai and Toni, are graced with the presence of Dr. Angel Lapada, MD from My Kindred, to talk about something so basic, normal, and natural - the menstruation.

Second episode is an introduction to Menstruation. We want other menstruators, who did not have or do not have access to menstrual education like we did, to have the guidance they need as they enter menarche or as they continue to flow through their menstrual journey.
