Nicole is a mother of (almost) four, keeper of sacred postpartum, and an embodied motherhood guide. She believes that we are meant to be well nourished as mothers, and that by surrendering to the brilliant design of our bodies, we can reclaim the inherent gift of vibrant, sustainable, flourishing motherhood. She walks with women all along the continuum of motherhood, preconception and beyond, as they revive and restore this truth for themselves.
