I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder last year, and I go to therapy every two weeks. My question was about the phrase “you can’t make someone feel something”. What are some creative ways we can celebrate our mental health wins? I think this may be an overlooked part of our healing journey. I feel silly expressing them because they aren’t always as big as a new job or a degree, etc. and...
