This interview is part of Good Morning, Mont Blanc. This is the inaugural year of Freetrail's daily morning show, kicking off with the 20th anniversary of the Ultra Trail Mont Blanc (UTMB), the most important global event in the sport of trail running. The show is hosted each day by professional athlete, Dylan Bowman. Every afternoon, Dylan interviews top athletes and favorites for the races.

Dylan and Drew Holmen talk about how he approaches his training and racing and balances being a professional runner with his full-time career. They talk about the push-push-glide philosophy, training, work life, and how he's feeling before CCC.

This is Drew's first time racing during UTMB week and one of his first times racing internationally. He often flies under the radar, but Drew is a phenomenal athlete who has proved himself on the world stage (most recently he placed 5th at the World Championships Long Course in June).
