भेड़ चाल | Groupthink | Herd Mentality | Unquestioned Belief | Hindi Inspirational Short Story
भेड़ चाल | Groupthink | Herd/Mob Mentality | Unquestioned Belief | Hindi Inspirational Short Story | Lack of Critical Thinking | Bystander syndrome | Recited By Simerjeet Singh | Kahlil Gibran One of the malaises of society at large is the mentality of doing what others do - something that is widely known as Herd Mentality. Herd mentality comes from the behaviour of sheep that follow each other wherever they go. It's focus less behaviour by a group of people with no central leader. Herd mentality/behaviour is largely seen today amongst youth - buying gadgets that everyone else is buying, buying/selling shares that everyone else is buying / selling, trending topics on the internet, virality of videos, WhatsApp forwards, diet fads, and what not? Mob behaviour also results in extremely destructive outcomes - for example, riots. A very recent example of herd mentality was the hoarding of essentials after coronavirus spread across the world. Why do we indulge in mob mentality? In this hard-hitting audio, Hindi motivational speaker Simerjeet Singh narrates a story by Kahlil Gibran on how herd mentality reduces everyone into sheep. Listen to the audio to discover how to stand out from the crowd by cultivating the courage to be different. Learn to build focus, adopt critical thinking and make your own conclusions. #SJSHindiStories #sjshindistory #SimerjeetSinghstory #हिन्दीलघुकहानियाँ #StoryTime Kids of yore were great audiences to amazing inspirational stories narrated by the old and elderly of the clan. Today, it's an unfortunate sight; a toddler finds stories on a smartphone, and the elderly, wait eagerly for a weekend or summer vacation for their kids to visit them. Simerjeet's inspiring stories in Hindi aspire to fill that gap with great humility and awe. Hindi is the most spoken language in India, approximately 0.5 billion or 53% of the Indian population understand and speak Hindi. In order to revive inspiring stories lost in the throes of time - a task daunting enough - Simerjeet employs the Hindi language as his vehicle for reaching the widest audience he can. Some of the short stories in Hindi with morals narrated by Simerjeet Singh that you will find on this page have gathered millions of views on YouTube, WhatsApp and Facebook. We hope that you will enjoy watching these videos. Simerjeet Singh, International Motivational Speaker has adapted this thought provoking short story from the writings of the Lebanese American Poet 'Kahlil Gibran'. Real life inspirational stories in Hindi | Fauja Singh Marathon Runner | Living a Purposeful Life
Real life inspirational stories in Hindi | Fauja Singh Marathon Runner | Living a Purposeful Life | Hindi Inspirational Audio by Simerjeet Singh Internationally acclaimed motivational speaker Simerjeet Singh brings us the inspiring story of Fauja Singh, world's oldest marathon runner. A few years after he turned 80, Fauja Singh lost his wife to old age and subsequently, his son to a construction accident. Having lost all interest in life, he moved in with one of his other sons settled in London. However, he was grieving and had lost his sense of purpose in life. During this period, he found a friend who urged him to sign up for a charity marathon. That was the start of his running spree, at the ripe age of 82. Slowly, he won great accolades and was nominated into the Guinness Book of World Records. However, the organization refused his entry on account of his missing birth certificate. The story is a stark reminder of how accolades do not accompany every achievement and that one must continue to strive for excellence despite that. Most of us, especially in corporate jobs, work for accolades and appreciation. But in reality, appreciation doesn't come to everyone and that does not mean one is incompetent. We must never build our self-worth on the basis of external accolades. Working for awards and name and fame could be a motivation for many, but it can not be the only motivation - it can not become the purpose of one's life. #SJSHindiStories #SJSHindiStory #SimerjeetSinghStory #हिन्दीलघुकहानियाँ #StoryTime #HindiMoralStories #Story #StoryTeller #StoryTelling #StoryTellers #moralstories #stories International Motivational Speaker Simerjeet Singh Exemplifies The Meaningful Life Journey of 105-year-old Fauja Singh Ji who is the Oldest Marathon Runner in the whole world.
