In today’s episode, we are diving into the work bucket of the work/life balance and talking about a HOT topic over the last 6 months–-the quiet quitter!This went viral 6 months ago on TikTok because of a Gen Z TikToker admitting that he’s a quiet quitter. From there, corporate North America has responded and it’s all become a MESS!After months of following along and doing some deep-dive research, I’m ready to open the conversation about the quiet quitter, the stats around it, and the impact it has on the employee/employer relationship. THEN, I’m really excited to share MY OWN OPINION on the quiet quitter and where we go from here.
