Happy September, gang!

Can you believe there are only 4 months left of 2023? To kick off September, we’re going to chat today about what these next 4 months will look like FOR YOU. Remember – what you need to better your work/life balance will look different than other people, and that’s okay! So, let’s set some intentions on what “success” will look like for you over the next 4 months.

Then, we talk about a topic that I often get asked A LOT – “How do I leave work at work and not take the stress/worry/overload home with me?!” This is a good question, and honestly, kind of a hard one to answer! But, I created 4 tips that are tried and true that I think will help you be able to separate your work bucket from your life bucket.

Set boundaries on your phone - stop checking your emails, turn off notifications
Work in certain locations only
Create “end of work habits”
Rely on your support system
