145: Cottee backs PAI and West Ham top the Prem

WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE! WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE! That's right, after thrashing Newcastle on the opening weekend of the season, the lads followed it up by THRASHING Leicester City in front of a packed London Stadium on Monday. Two games played. Eight goals scored. Top of the Premier League. WE ARE MASSIVE! What's more, Michail Antonio is now the club's all-time leading Premier League goalscorer, Said Benrahma just keeps getting better and better, and Pablo Fornals put in arguably his best performance in claret & blue (and thankfully his leg isn't broken, either!). So on this week's show, the lads welcome Reece Bayliss to the team as they react to that HUGE win against Leicester and have a pretty difficult time trying to pick their Man of the Match. It was really was that perfect. Also this week, Tony Cottee returns to give us the lowdown on why he's backing PAI Capital's takeover bid, giving us his first official interview since going public with his endorsement of PAI's plans to buy the club, while James and Will spend some time reacting to his interview. We're also joined by Max Matthews - sports journalist and Crystal Palace fans - to preview this Saturday's home clash with Patrick Vieira's side.
