How to Practically Improve Your Communication Skills w/ Danny Brassell (EP-25)

In this episode of What Went Wrong Podcast, we are interviewing Danny Brassell. Danny Brassell is an expert in communication with a passion for helping people deliver effective messages. His mission is to bring joy back into education and the workplace. He teaches communication skills to all sorts of people from preschoolers to rocket scientists.

In this episode, Danny discusses the four aspects of communication and how he built businesses around these skills, wrote 17 books (with an 18th in progress), and developed a successful reading engagement program. He then discusses teaching kids the joy of reading from a young age.

Danny shares some of the challenges he faced along the way. He faced a huge financial setback after getting scammed in real estate and losing all his and his wife’s savings risking losing their home. He discusses how such setbacks deepened his relationship with his wife, why he believes sharing failures is essential, and his life perspective that helps him see long-term goals in short-term struggles.
