The New Jersey Devils beat the New York Islanders 5-4 in their recent matchup. Jack Hughes scored the game-winning goal in overtime and PK Subban was impressed yet again. However, the big storyline was Nico Hischier getting hurt in period two. It was assumed that it was caused due to a physical play by Ryan Pulock. There's some good news in regard to his injury.
