Ep 240: Are You Leaking Your Power?

Ep 240: Are You Leaking Your Power?

Start Your Transformation Now That’s an odd question, right? I mean, who actually stops and says, “Am I leaking power today?” In this episode, I talk a tad about shamanism, and in shamanism, one of the most powerful things you can do is “conserve your energy.” Why? Because the weaker your energy and the less energy you have, the less power you have. It’s basic physics. You are electrons, neutrons and protons. You are an “energy being.” And, when you leak your energy, akin to having a nail in your time, you weaken yourself. Let’s compare this to the 3D regular world. Think about the electricity in your house. If you leave all the lights on for a month, what is your energy bill at the end of the month? By leaving all your lights on, you have used a ton of energy, but being an energy being, when you “leave all the lights on” instead of the energy bill, you get a depleted and weaker you. So, how do you waste and deplete your energy? Easy, through your emotions, specifically, your negative emotions. To prove that. Think about a particular day when you worried a lot. At the end of the day, what was your energy level? Did you want to go out that night and go dancing, or did you want to crash, veg out, and relax? If you’re like most of us, you want to relax. Why? No energy and most people do not attribute it to a day of worry. They just think, “I’m tired.” But they are tired because they have depleted their energy. In this episode, I talk about the #1 way that people weaken themselves and as a result, they have little power to heal, manifest and create more in life. Transformational Takeaway: When you leak your energy, you have no power. Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 189: Podside Chat - Five Random Thoughts To Transform Your Life

Ep 189: Podside Chat - Five Random Thoughts To Transform Your Life

Start Your Transformation Now In this week’s episode I dug into some old notes and teachings I have acquired and I wanted to share them with you.  I’ll give you a hint as to what I cover in this episode and then you have to listen to the episode to discover more for yourself.  The five random thoughts are:  1. You don’t get what you want in life, you get what you need.  Have you ever noticed that many times you’ve wanted something and you didn’t get it? Instead, you got something you think you didn’t want and it turned out to be better? Higher mind does not give us our simply wants all the time, it gives us what we need to grow and evolve spiritually.  2. What are your biggest distractions in life?  How often have you wondered, “Why do I waste so much time and why can’t I focus on things?” Distractions are the biggest thing that keep you from what you want in life.  In this segment I talk about how we often distract ourselves from greater things in life and the 2×2 between the eyes is that what we allow as major distractions are also what we become devoted to in life.  3. Deciding what you want to do with your life.  You’ve often seen social media posts with lists like, “The top five regret of those dying.” There is a reason people have these regrets and I’ll share that in this episode.  When we “use our life” and we live it purposefully we have no regrets and we live our lives well!  4. Fighting with yourself  You see in the world where people are fighting this enemy or the other but have you considered that the greatest enemy you have is yourself? Conquer that enemy and your life will forever be much happier.  You may think that your greatest enemy is outside yourself and for most of us our greatest enemy is in ourselves.  5. Acceptance surrender Trying to control things in your life? Trying to make things happen? Frustrated when things don’t work like you want? There is an easier way.  When we accept ourselves and accept others for who they are life becomes a lot easier and peaceful  These are five powerful lessons I have learned in my time working with a shaman and I share them with you in the hope that you’ll find power in them for yourself.  Transformational Takeaway: Be purposeful and be in peace. Ep 188: Welcome Into My World With A Shaman Sorcerer

Ep 188: Welcome Into My World With A Shaman Sorcerer

Start Your Transformation Now I was thinking a few weeks ago, “What do I want to talk about this week on the podcast?” and I had a flood of ideas and topics pop into my mind and none of them were calling to me at that time and I thought, “So many people ask about spirituality, why don’t I dig further into and talk about my experiences with a shaman?” So, in this episode, I pull the curtain back a bit and share one of my most memorable experiences with a shaman/sorcerer. I could share many of these but that would be overwhelming so it’s better to just start with one and we’ll see how it goes. What I’m sharing in this podcast is a non-ordinary event and at the very least an event that may be a good story if nothing else. More than anything, my intention with this episode is to get you to start thinking about the world of the non-ordinary and the world that exists that you cannot physically observe with your sight or sound. My intention is to get you to really start thinking about the power you wield as a “cosmic being.” Think about the world of physics, energy, and what’s real and not real. Science shows that we can only observe about 3% of what exists on the electromagnetic spectrum which means we miss most of like and what’s available to us. Perhaps this episode can get you to start thinking about the world and your world of the non-ordinary and what’s really all around you. Ep 187: The Power Of Synchronicity And Intention

Ep 187: The Power Of Synchronicity And Intention

Start Your Transformation Now How much thought have you really put into how powerful you are? Do you even see yourself that way or think of yourself that way?  In reality, you are not all that powerful but you can command the power of the universe to work through you and you do that using your intention. And, when you do that, what I call synchronicities happen for you.  In our 3D world, we see things happen that we intend or have been thinking about but we see or observe no 3D physical cause and we think “Wow, that’s freaky, how did that happen?”  St. Germain said many years ago, “When humans understand how the universe works they will cease to believe in miracles.”  We work, like it or not, by universal laws. I’m not a proponent or a fan of the commercialized Law of Attraction, however, it’s physics and a law of the universe which we humans have capitalized on so we (some) can make a buck.  I often wish I could be like Tesla. He wanted to introduce free energy to the world and when he showed JP Morgan his creation and discoveries JP Morgan said, “Where do we put a meter on it?” Meaning, so that energy could be charged for.  In the analogy I just gave you, I wish I could give or better help you realize the power of intention and what it can do in your life but until you agree to let go of your insistence in the dominance of a 3D reality, the power of intention will be hard for you to harness.  In this episode, I share some of my personal stories about how I have used intention in my life and how you can too.  It’s pure power and you have this power!  Transformational Takeaway: What do you intend to happen in your life? Ep 186: The Mirror Of Your Life

Ep 186: The Mirror Of Your Life

Start Your Transformation Now “Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it.” Ernest Holmes  Slow down, read that again and when it fully hits you it will hit you right between the eyes like a 2×4.  Want to “find yourself?” Want a more fulfilling life? Want a rewarding life but you don’t know where to start? Easy, start inside.  Everything starts inside you, not outside of you.  How often have you thought about doing something…going on a trip, an excursion of some sort, etc. to “find yourself?”  You don’t have to go anywhere to find yourself. Yourself is in you and you are in your life hence your life reflects you.  Nothing to go find, nowhere to go, just observe.  If you want to “go somewhere,” then go inside…all your answers are there.  As I wrote the last sentence it popped into my mind to ask: What are you afraid you’re going to see when you look inside yourself?  Interestingly enough, many people are afraid to look inside themselves because they are afraid they are not going to like what they see…which is themselves.  One of my coaches once said, “most people distract themselves with the world around them, they stay busy all the time because they want to distract themselves.” They want to distract themselves from their own life and they are afraid of self-intimacy.  The word intimacy, if we look at it a slightly different way it can be realized as “Into Me I See.” Intimacy.  The main purpose of this episode is to have you fully recognize and realize that your external life is a road map of your internal life.  Transformational Takeaway: If you want to Be, Do or Have more in your life, look at the mirror of your life and determine what needs to be changed in you to get the outcomes you want in life. Ep 185: Later Never Comes. Later Is A Lie.

Ep 185: Later Never Comes. Later Is A Lie.

Start Your Transformation Now It’s a profound truth most of us miss for years, decades, and sometimes a lifetime. About a decade ago one of my friends wrote a book on alcoholism and he asked me to proof it for him before he self-published it. When I read the book one line hit me hard, and I wasn’t even an alcoholic but that line was, “An alcoholic waits to stop drinking tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.”  That last line hit me hard, really hard, and the reason why is that I realized that it applied to all of my life and all of our lives. We ‘excuse away' life and we say things like, “I’ll go to college someday and I’ll travel Europe, and I’ll change jobs and I’ll learn to cook and someday I’ll even learn to play a musical instrument.”  And, what do we do? We wait for that someday. We don’t take action…we wait until later and then three, five, ten years later we say, “Oh yeah, I said I was going to wait until _____ to blank but I forgot. Oh well, that was a long while back and it’s too late now but I sure wish I would have done that.”  And the “Later Hamster Wheel” goes on another week, month, year, and many times a lifetime. WHY? Later never comes because later comes from what you do now and if you wait until later to do now then later never comes.  Hence, waiting for later is a lie to yourself and then the excuses make you feel better about yourself and you rationalize away your life.  The irony is that most of us want more in life and we wait until later to get it and that later, as you know, never comes.  So, the solution…Act now, but if it were that easy you would have done it already. It takes courage and it takes action. So, instead of waiting to act now ask yourself this, “What is causing me not to act now?”  HINT: Most times when we want to do something much bigger in life it’s the F word that stops us! (Fear) Transformational Takeaway: Later Never Comes When You Wait For It – Act Now! Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 184: Living Outside All The Fear And Chaos In The World.

Ep 184: Living Outside All The Fear And Chaos In The World.

Start Your Transformation Now This episode was inspired by a current student of mine. Essentially, he wrote me a note and was sharing how he’s feeling hopeless about the state of the world, the future of humanity, and the planet. I can definitely understand his fears, however, from my perspective, I’m not hopeless at all. Actually, I’m quite optimistic about the future. There are a couple of places mentally that I “work from” in life and for this reason, the state of the world is not creating fear or reaction in me. With so much chaos in the world, millions if not more are in fear about what the future holds. I am not one of those people. In this episode, I share the paradigm that I have worked from for years. It applies both to the state of the world and as well the relationships in my life and even to passersby in life. I choose how I want to participate in the world, to some degree physically and to a huge degree, mentally. Perhaps when you ponder what I share in this episode then you too may find more peace and comfort in your life. Transformational Takeaway: In all areas of life ask yourself, “What pertains to me?” Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 183: Interview - Katie’s Transformation From Being “Terrified Everyday” Into Being A Revolutionary Thinker.

Ep 183: Interview - Katie’s Transformation From Being “Terrified Everyday” Into Being A Revolutionary Thinker.

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, I visit with one of my students, Dr. Katie Deming, MD, Oncologist.  The predominant theme in this round of interviews has been transcending fear. Actually, I think that’s great and a perfect message for all listeners because it’s the number one thing that just about every human wrestles with yet most people never transcend.  As you’ll hear, until recently Katie has lived most of her life being “terrified every day.” These are her exact words and her biggest triggers were fear of failure, fear of not being safe, fear of not doing things right, and fear of failure.”  Again, in her own words, she said she had created a “habit of living in fear.” And, I’m sure when many people listen they can relate, and neurologically, we can turn daily fear into a lifetime habit.  The theme is this interview is the tremendous amount of fear that controlled her life and we talk about how she came to a resolution of this life habit of fear. We also talk about, her words, how the “medical industry keeps people trapped in victim mentality.” In my opinion, this is a courageous statement. It takes great courage to go against an entire industry to take a stand for human growth and evolution. That, my friends, is revolutionary and how great change happens in the world. I’m awed that she went from a place of living her life in extreme fear to bucking an entire system.  This interview is insightful, heartfelt, and inspiring and it’s my sincere desire that you find great value in this interview.  Enjoy Mentioned Resources: Dying To Be Me: My Journey from Cancer, to Near Death, to True Healing by Anita Moorjani Bruce Lipton’s Books Disclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase. Ep 182: Interview - From Feeling Not Good Enough To Center Stage!

Ep 182: Interview - From Feeling Not Good Enough To Center Stage!

Start Your Transformation Now This week’s interview is colorful for sure. My guest is comedian Annie Lederman. Being upfront, she does not particularly censor herself so there may be an F-Bomb or two or three. And, that’s fine with me as I want people to be exactly who they are and want to be. As in all interviews we talked about a lot of things and in particular, we talked about four main topics. How Annie was said she was “Afraid to put myself out” in terms of self-promotion. How despite being a comedian/entertainer she was nervous and afraid of what people would think of her. She talks about how she’d obsess about what audience members might be thinking about her and her show. How she felt “not good enough.” And finally, how she used to be so driven by “external validation and what others thought about her and her show. As you’ll hear she experienced an assortment of self-sabotaging feelings and today she enjoys being on large shows, promoting herself, and sharing her art with the world. And, then of course all the accompanying feelings and behaviors with being extremely passionate about her work, sharing it with everyone, and how she now approaches her work…which was transformational for her. There’s something here for everyone as she covers many facets of thinking that all of us wrestle with at some time or another in life.
