Ep 253: What Makes You Matter?

Ep 253: What Makes You Matter?

Start Your Transformation Now What makes you matter? What lights you up? What is special and unique about you? Being in the personal development industry for 30 years I’ve heard tons of speakers, trainers, authors, etc. A common theme with many in my industry is to talk to their audiences and tell them “You have to find your WHY?” They say that if you want to stay motivated, focused, and driven, you have to know why you’re doing things. I get that, but I bought that story for decades and looked for my own why. I mean, ‘Why am I in this industry, why do I help people, etc.?’ Being truthful, I could always come up with analytical reasons. You know, reasons that made sense and I thought were true but I can’t really think of any of my “whys” that set me on fire. Many years ago, I heard Oprah say, “What makes you matter?” And that’s the basis of this episode. Finding your why is all left brain, it’s analytical and non-emotional. And, when you find what makes you matter, that is when you wake up and come alive. How come? What makes you matter is emotional to you. It’s important to you. It drives you. And that’s what I talk about in this episode. What makes you “matter” in the context of your external life and 3D ego? What makes you matter gives you meaning, and that can be motivating. Transformational Takeaway: We are on the planet for two reasons and those reasons are to grow and serve others. No one is you and no one can serve like you. When you know what makes you matter you can serve at your highest level and that brings huge fulfillment in life. Let's Connect: Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 309: What Is The Original Meaning Of Life?

Ep 309: What Is The Original Meaning Of Life?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, we delve into the intriguing question: What is the original meaning of life? Unlike the more commonly posed question about life's meaning, we're searching for the essence that predates our personal interpretations and societal imprints. Through a simple exercise involving words with different connotations, I illustrate how personal and societal lenses color our perceptions. Whether it's a luxury car, a concept, or an ideology, the meanings we attach are deeply rooted in our personal history and societal conditioning. This realization leads us to a critical understanding: much of what we believe to be the intrinsic meaning of life and its components is actually a tapestry of inherited beliefs and interpretations. We often navigate life guided by these meanings, rarely stopping to question their origin or their truthfulness to our inner selves. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Rediscover the meanings you’ve assigned to different aspects of your life. Apply the power you have to shape your reality, to paint your canvas of life with your own unique colors of understanding, wisdom, and desire. Ep 308: What Do You Want In Your Life?

Ep 308: What Do You Want In Your Life?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, I explore the essential question that often stumps many of us… “What do I want in my life?” It's a question that seems simple yet is profoundly complex. Many of us can quickly articulate what we don't want, but when it comes to pinpointing exactly what we do want, the answer becomes elusive. This question isn't just about identifying material desires or goals; it's about understanding the deeper longing for experiences and the quality of life we yearn for. Throughout our conversation, I delve into the distinction between what we want in our lives versus what we want for our lives—two perspectives that might seem similar but lead to significantly different paths of introspection and outcomes. I share insights and personal anecdotes to illuminate why this differentiation matters and how it can lead to a more fulfilling life. The discussion also touches upon the hurdles that prevent us from recognizing and pursuing our desires. From societal conditioning that teaches us to limit our asks to the ingrained habits that keep us tethered to the familiar yet unfulfilling aspects of our lives, I examine the psychological and emotional barriers that hinder us. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Harness your divine energy to manifest a life rich in peace, joy, and love by deeply reflecting on the experiences you value, aligning your environment, behaviors, skills, beliefs, and identity accordingly. Ep 307: What And Where Is Your Mind?

Ep 307: What And Where Is Your Mind?

Start Your Transformation Now In this episode, we explore the fascinating difference between the mind and the brain. We challenge the common belief that our mind is limited to cognitive functions and decision-making. Instead, I introduce the idea that our mind extends beyond our brain, connecting us to a universal consciousness. We discuss how the brain acts as a translator, turning the vast potential of our mind into our everyday experiences. This episode encourages you to rethink where your thoughts come from and the true power behind your ability to heal and create. Sharing personal stories, including a life-changing experience after a stroke, I show how near-death experiences can reveal the mind's capacity to operate independently from our physical bodies, highlighting its connection to a greater, divine mind. This episode invites you to reconsider how you manifest, heal, and exist. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Understand and align with the divine mind and unlock endless possibilities for creativity, healing, and change… Mentioned Resources: Sign up for the 9-Day Get Unstuck Challenge Dying To Be Me: My Journey from Cancer, to Near Death, to True Healing by Anita Moorjani The Kybalion: A Study of The Hermetic Philosophy of Ancient Egypt and Greece Disclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase. Ep 306: Set Yourself Free From Life

Ep 306: Set Yourself Free From Life

Start Your Transformation Now How often do we find ourselves ensnared by the very things we cling to for comfort and security? This episode peels back the layers of the false illusions we often find comfort in – our careers, relationships, and the societal roles we play. It challenges us to question the very fabric of our existence and what it means to live a life where we aren't imprisoned by external validations. I share stories from my own life, including lessons learned from facing heart failure and a stroke, to highlight the freedom that comes when we detach from the material and societal measures of success. These experiences have taught me that true liberation is found not in the accumulation of achievements, but in understanding and embracing the essence of our soul's journey. Join me as we explore how to navigate the illusions of life that bind us, aiming for a state of BEing that transcends the material and the mundane. We'll examine the traps of defining ourselves by our possessions, our jobs, and even our relationships, and how these attachments can lead to a life constrained by the very things we thought would free us. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Learn how to achieve true freedom through detachment from societal success measures. Ep 305: Transforming Your Illusion Of Security

Ep 305: Transforming Your Illusion Of Security

Start Your Transformation Now Do you find yourself clinging to the idea of security in life? This episode delves into the deep-seated beliefs we hold about security and its impact on our lives. Reflecting on personal experiences and the nature of security as an evolutionary vestige, we uncover how our pursuit of security is often based on outdated concepts. We also examine the four illusions of security, challenging the notion that it's something tangible and attainable. Instead, what we often chase as security is, in fact, an illusion deeply rooted in fear. Additionally, we discuss how the brain's desire for predictability often leads us to avoid taking risks, and how this limits our actions and life choices, stifling our potential and robbing us of the richness of new experiences. This episode invites you to reconsider what true security means. It emphasizes that the only real security we have is in knowing ourselves at a deeper level, beyond the superficial. By confronting our illusions of security and recognizing them for what they are, we can begin to live more authentically and free ourselves from the constraints of unfounded fears. Listen, apply, enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Transform your understanding of security and stray away from limiting beliefs. Ep 304: Your Intelligence Is Your Biggest Limitation

Ep 304: Your Intelligence Is Your Biggest Limitation

Start Your Transformation Now Does being smart actually hold you back in life? This episode uncovers the surprising ways in which what we think of as intelligence – our book smarts and academic achievements – can actually hold us back. Reflecting on personal experiences and shamanic teachings, we explore the societal obsession with intellectual performance and its impact. From the pressure to excel in academia to the way we define our own worth based on perceived intelligence, we delve into how these factors can limit our broader understanding and spiritual growth and how they can overshadow other valuable forms of understanding and BEing. We discuss the overrated nature of conventional intelligence and the rich knowledge lost in history, emphasizing the importance of connecting with higher consciousness and the wisdom of the soul. This episode is an invitation to broaden your perspective on what intelligence truly means. It's about recognizing that there's more to wisdom than what's measured by standard IQ tests or academic accolades. It’s a journey towards acknowledging the vastness of consciousness and the depth of awareness that goes beyond the books. Transformational Takeaway: Redefine your understanding of intelligence. Recognize that our accumulated knowledge can limit our perception. Be open to exploring beyond these boundaries for a more fulfilling and enlightened journey. Ep 303: How To Truly Be Happy

Ep 303: How To Truly Be Happy

Start Your Transformation Now Are you caught in a cycle of emotional states that prevent true happiness? In this episode, we tackle the question: What does it mean to truly be happy? Most people don't fully understand what it means to be happy because we often confuse it with a temporary emotional state, but in actuality, true, blissful happiness is a frequency – it's a state of consciousness and BEing. This perspective shifts the focus from seeking external sources of happiness to realizing happiness within ourselves. As I delve into the episode, I explore the difference between higher states of happiness, associated with frequency, vibration, consciousness, and spirituality, and lower states tied to the ego personality. The pursuit of happiness through the ego and personality often leads to a transient and unfulfilling experience. Additionally, I share insights from my brother-in-law, Don Xavier, a shaman who embodies the essence of being consistently happy, regardless of external circumstances. His example demonstrates that happiness is a state of BEing that transcends the ups and downs of life. Transformational Takeaway: Reevaluate your perception of happiness. Understand how you can step into a state of authentic, soulful happiness. Ep 302: Which Dream Will You Live This Year?

Ep 302: Which Dream Will You Live This Year?

Start Your Transformation Now When you wish to “live your dreams”, what comes to mind? Now what if I told you that you're already living a dream? In this episode I talk about which dream you will live this year. There are three possible dreams that you can live in… One dream, where the majority of the population lives is the dream called a “nightmare”. The other dream (also where a lot of people live) is the “daydream”… and the third and final dream is called the “sacred dream”. The question is which dream are you living? Are you living the nightmare? The daydream? The sacred dream? Like many people, you probably have said to yourself “when i have XY and Z, then I will be happy”. I hear it all the time, and I recognize that I too was once in that position – “when I have this then I will be happy”. I want to help you out of this position, out of living your dream whether it be the nightmare or the daydream. I want to take you to what is called the sacred dream. When you live the sacred dream, that's when the bliss in life comes. Specifically when you're living the sacred dream, that's when you're living your Dharma, meaning the reason you came to the planet. If you're wanting to start living a blissful life and living your dharma… Take a listen. Once you listen, apply. Enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Shift towards your Dharma for lasting fulfillment by living your sacred dream.
