Ep 267: Encore Episode - Updated: The Only Place To Find Your Highest Potential

Ep 267: Encore Episode - Updated: The Only Place To Find Your Highest Potential

Start Your Transformation Now If you listened to episode number six you heard me talk about your highest potential. Your highest potential is not what most people think, it’s far more. And, it’s not external, it’s internal. This is an encore episode with an addition. The encore episode was recorded in 2019 and last week I found an old text from my brother-in-law, the shaman, don Xavier sent me about silence. In episode six I mentioned that Rumi is quoted as saying, “The quieter the mind the more you can hear.” I do talk about quieting the mind in this episode and most of us think and I did for decades, that silence is stopping the mind, but it’s not that. In this episode I put an entirely new spin on “silence of mind,” and this episode approaches silence of mind from a new direction. For me, when I learned this, there was so much peace in this for me. This updated episode shares with you, verbatim, the text that don Xavier sent me and he shared with me the four fundamental things for silence of the mind. It can take us many years to master what I share in this episode but at least it’s more tangible and measurable than, “Silence your mind.” Enjoy. Transformational Takeaway: Living your highest potential is not external, it’s internal. it’s all about quieting the mind. Ep 85: You’re Not a Prisoner Of Your Circumstances, You’re a Prisoner Of Your Interpretations

Ep 85: You’re Not a Prisoner Of Your Circumstances, You’re a Prisoner Of Your Interpretations

Start Your Transformation Now Ponder the headline, when you fully come to know the headline your life will change for the better. So many people stay trapped in their circumstances for a lifetime and they then live what Henry David Thoreau called “Lives of quiet desperation.” This episode can be life-changing when you come to own the truth that circumstances are not your prison, your life interpretations are. In this episode I talk about: [3:06] Interpretations Vs Facts [5:06] How you learn interpretations [6:57] Why your current circumstances are interpretation driven [17:39] Why your beliefs about money are interpretations [19:28] The cultural influence in interpretations [23:24] And, the one sentence that I ask myself when I get “stuck” in life I cannot stress enough how vital it is to understand the concept that your life is ‘one big interpretation.’ If you’re not getting what you want in life then change your interpretations, because… Transformational Takeaway: You’re never at mercy of your circumstances, you are at mercy of interpretations. Ep 84: Q & A - What Are The Habits Of Wealthy People?

Start Your Transformation Now Being wealthy is not entirely about habits and things to DO to be rich, it’s about a Master Habit. First, habits drive us and what you have and do not have in your life is because of your habits but there is one habit that supersedes all others. In this episode I talk about: [3:02] Why there is one habit that trumps all habits [5:53] The reason that not all habits work for all people [6:45] Why things like “The Rockefeller Habits” do not apply to everyone [8:48] Why no matter great habits you have, they don’t matter….IF [14:53] And, I talk about what MY habits are to attract great prosperity Transformational Takeaway: MASTER HABIT – Get into the HABIT of habits that move you forward with measurable outcomes. Ep 83: You Speak Your Life Into Existence.

Ep 83: You Speak Your Life Into Existence.

Start Your Transformation Now This is a powerful episode when you finally get the gravity of the title – You speak your life into existence. Everything you have or don’t have in your life, you have either spoken it into your life or out of your life. Fully consider that. You may have heard the old phrase, “You live and die by your word?” Well, you also create and manifest or repel by your word. Words are power. Words program your subconscious mind. Words affect behavior. Words have vibration and frequency. In this episode I talk about: [1:15] How you speak your life into existence [4:51] Why your world is the way that it is [7:39] How you create with your words [9:03] The power of self-talk [12:57] Words and stories that keep you trapped [21:02] Healing your body with words [24:53] And, the frequency and vibration of word As I said, this is a powerful episode and when you become 100% responsible for your words, your life will begin to transform in miraculous ways. As Kahlil Gibran said, “Your words are drippings of the mind.” And, you already know what's in your mind is what you will create in your life. Transformational Takeaway: You speak your life into existence Mentioned Resources: Master Thought Formula What to Say When You Talk to Your Self by Shad Helmstetter Ph.D Episode 9: How The Law Of Attraction Repels The Money And Abundance You Want Disclosure: Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a small commission if you make a purchase. Ep 82: Q & A - How Do I Stop Doubting Myself?

Ep 82: Q & A - How Do I Stop Doubting Myself?

Start Your Transformation Now I was going to ask you if you have ever doubted yourself but instead, I’ll simply ask, “How much do you doubt yourself?” Self-doubt is so rampant and almost universal that it’s akin to a global plague. Almost all people, all cultures around the world – people doubt themselves incessantly. It’s tragic and self-destructive. So, given my last comment, I picked Mari’s question this week, “How do I stop doubting myself?” I knew it would be huge for a lot of people. In this episode I talk about: [1:23] The single thought that causes self-doubt (you have to listen to discover it) [4:03] What uncertainty is and what fuels it [6:23] What causes “paralysis by analysis.” [7:04] How “good, better and best” choices lead to self-doubt [9:28] How and why you can “re-decide” [13:33] The subjectivity of “right and wrong” [21:11] The “24 Hour Rule” I use in my own business and life [25:21] And, the single, and easy, solution to getting past self-doubt. I’m grateful for Mari asking this question because when I saw it, it immediately brought up past memories about myself and I knew I could help you overcome self-doubt. Transformational Takeaway: Stop working from “right-wrong, good-bad” thinking. Mentioned Resources: Master Thought Formula Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 81: You Cannot Outperform Yourself

Ep 81: You Cannot Outperform Yourself

Start Your Transformation Now How often have you set goals or wanted something badly only to find that you fail over and over in achieving it? If you can say yes to the line above, you’re not alone, this is the pattern for most people and the cause is simple, people are setting goals for things that are not in their self-image. People are trying to perform at levels that are outside their self-image and subconscious identity. Many years ago I remember hearing the motivational speaker Les Brown said, “You cannot operate outside of the context of the vision you have for yourself.” Which basically means, you cannot be, do or have what you are not. In this episode I talk about: [1:24] What your self-image is and how it was created [2:21] The cycle of self-identity reinforcement [5:57] The illusion of self-image [15:53] Why you’ll never live up to your full potential [27:22] How to reverse engineer your life from the inside out [31:01] And, How nothing in your life will change until you change There’s an old Tibetan saying, “What you are on the inside is what you are on the outside.” If you want more in your life you must BE more in life. There is absolutely no escape from this concept. You must first be it in your mind before you can have it in your life. Transformational Takeaway: You cannot outperform yourself! Ep 80: Q & A - How Do I Increase My Self-worth?

Ep 80: Q & A - How Do I Increase My Self-worth?

Start Your Transformation Now This is a GREAT Monday question. Self-worth is something that billions of people struggle with and I say billions because nearly everyone I meet struggles with it in some way or another. Many compare themselves to others in several areas of life and often they then come up “not good enough.” People compare appearances, financial worth, social circles, careers, and achievements and then often they don’t measure up in comparison. And, this is a self-sabotaging trap because in many ways comparable in a huge cause of unhappiness. In this episode I talk about: [1:18] The concept of self-worth [2:57] Feeling worthy [10:39] The self-fulfilling cycle of low self-worth [16:29] Why you treat yourself like you perceive yourself [18:00] How we learn low self-worth [27:38] How so start changing your low self-worth [30:15] And, why self-worth is really about self-acceptance I do my best to create episodes that will resonate with most people and I’m sure that if you really get honest with yourself, there is at least one area of your life areas where you struggle with self-acceptance. When you accept yourself for who and what you are, life begins to transform. Transformational Takeaway: Just BE Mentioned Resources: Master Thought Formula The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace D. Ep 79: You Are Not In Control, Your Brain Is.

Ep 79: You Are Not In Control, Your Brain Is.

Start Your Transformation Now Trying to control your life? Control others? Getting into control in general? HINT: You have NO control, even if you think you do. Like it or not, your brain does all the “controlling” for you and that’s not a matter of opinion, it’s scientifically proven. Stop fighting life and stop trying to control life, it’s a waste of time and energy. In this episode I talk about: [2:02] How science proves that you have zero control over your life [6:27] How your “habits” actually control you [7:39] Why your habits are what they are [9:15] How parts of your brain work against each other [13:48] Why your emotions are stronger than your thinking [20:46] Why your habits are more important than your beliefs And, like I say over and over…much more. If you want the next 12 months to be your happiest and best ever then stop thinking about what you want and start focusing on your habits. You don’t get what you want in life, you get your habits and for the most part, CONTROL is a habit. Transformational Takeaway: You’re not in charge and you have no control, your brain is in control, not “you.” Mentioned Resources: Master Thought Formula Episode 5: Why Your Bad Habits Are So Hard To Break Let's Connect:  Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn  LIKED THE EPISODE? Ep 78: Q & A - How Do I Release And Forgive My Past?

Ep 78: Q & A - How Do I Release And Forgive My Past?

Start Your Transformation Now I’m sure that a lot of people can relate to this Monday’s episode. Shame from the past! It’s something that many people hang onto for far too long. It’s debilitating. In this episode I talk about: [2:02] The four ancient principles of “impeccability” [4:36] A past episode where I say that there is no such thing as time [8:18] How we can even let go of “huge” mistakes [12:17] Victim mentality [16:45] The perceived “benefits” of hanging onto shame from the past [22:43] And, I briefly talk about forgiveness When I say “let go of huge mistakes,” you’ll find an interesting story in this episode where I talk about a man who brought down Richard Nixon’s presidency. I’ll share with you what he told me about “huge mistakes.” I picked this question this week because so many people hold onto their past and they try to manage their lives from their past and there is no past, there is only now!
