Rachel Lucille Cyriacks was a 30 year old from Woonsocket, South Dakota. She was the mother of 3 and had gotten her GED. On November 13, 2013, Rachel went to pick up her husband, who had been in jail since Halloween due to him assaulting Rachel. He got out of jail. She was never seen again.
