BASE is an acronym which stands for Building, Antenna, Span and Earth. These are the objects we jump from as BASE jumpers, while skydivers jump from an airplane.

I guide you through the sensations, the fear, and the surrender, so you can feel it without having to jump yourself. We’ll explore how such moments recalibrate our values and offer deep spiritual insights, and I'll suggest safer ways to access similar transformative experiences.
