Dallas Stars Win Streak Snapped in Anaheim: Stars Suffer loss of Ilya Lybushkin
The Dallas Stars' five-game win streak was snapped with a 2-1 loss to the Anaheim Ducks. The Ducks took an early lead in the first period, with Cutter Gauthier scoring a wrist shot. Dallas fought back in the third with a goal from Colin Blackwell, but Anaheim responded quickly, regaining the lead through Trevor Zegras. The Stars also lost defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin in the second period after he left with an injury and did not return. Despite pulling their goalie in the final moments, Dallas couldn't find an equalizer. John Gibson was solid in net for the Ducks, securing the win.
