Hanging out with friends and family can be SO FRUSTRATING 😤 ... Just going with the flow without getting clear on what I want, what I’m committed to, and setting my frame can leave me anxious about the experience beforehand, A slave to my environment during the "fun time" And often even resenting my experience with them afterwards feeling stupid and confused. Ain't nobody got time for all those crappy feelings and seemingly wasted time! Getting clear in what I want, what I’m committed to, and my frame entering the experience makes me feel powerful, in control, and unstoppable. As you probably notice on Facebook, I go out with the family all the time. And often it can just be going through the motions doing what I’m "supposed" to do as a dad taking them out to have fun family experiences. But if I get clear on my heart on why I’m going out with them, what I want from the experience, what I’m committed to making happen, And I set my frame accordingly, I create MASSIVE value for myself and everyone else and take absolute control of my environment. Not to mention I feel amazing and proud! If I just jump in the water and go surfing because some guys are going surfing and I'm going with the flow, Anything can happen and I can feel like crap and empty and alone inside when it's all over. But when I get crystal clear in my intentions and powerfully set my frame beforehand, I not only ensure that I have an amazing experience myself, but I create a VALUABLE, amazing experience for everyone around me.
