In the world of health and wellness, dieting can be incredibly confusing. We're told time and time again the only thing that really works is a balanced diet and exercise. Yet all too many people are still willing to listen and attempt every new fad in the hope that it's the one that changes everything. It is so important to remember that this is probably not the case! Just looking at the statistics shows that right now in the UK over half of the population are reportedly dieting.
