Boosting Brain Power

The foods that we eat shape our thoughts, actions, emotions and behaviour. Even unknowingly we use food to soothe our moods and clear our heads. There is still such prevalence placed on the way we look rather than our mental health so let’s continue to keep shifting the importance to how we think and feel. This week’s Food For Thought sees Research Fellow and Dietitian Dr Wolfgang Marx and I discuss how much of an impact our diet and lifestyle can have on our brain and what we can all do to boost our brainpower.
