Alan improved training recovery, was able to train longer and more often, increasing weekly run miles to 65, experienced muscle growth, reduced bloating and digestive issues, improved hair color, sustained energy to run 4 hours fasted, improved marathon time by 28.5 minutes in one year, and qualified for Boston Marathon. He does not do carb loading for racing, is not constantly hungry, his sweet addiction is gone, and his skin tolerates the sun better.
