He is here to discuss his CBS comedy series, “The Neighborhood”, where he uses the show to delve into the positive and negative effects of gentrification on neighborhoods of color. He’s also here to explain how he forayed into serious acting with his movie “First Reform” starring Ethan Hawke and directed by Paul Schrader. Finally, here are some additional facts about Cedric: he’s a Lincoln University of Missouri graduate who is also in possession of a doctorate, he owns his own line of trendy hats and headwear through his company “Who Ced”, and he’s an activist who works with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club to help make the world a better place.
