Episode 25: Diet Vocabulary

This week's episode of the @englishvocabularyhelp Podcast is all about Diet vocabulary. I will explain the most popular and trendy diets in the United States and I will tell you about my guilty pleasures when it comes to eating. I love to study health and wellness so this topic was fun for me to speak and teach about.
