As it finishes 1-1 at St Andrews we reflect on a game that was low on quality and goal mouth incident. In the normal chaos that is the DNSYE Twitter Spaces universe new father (for the second time) Uncle Ron complains about Adrian Marriappa conceding an own goal three seasons ago (we put this down to a lack of sleep), Greg imagines he might be a bus and then realises very strongly that he isn't, George has two great calls having firstly taken part in Gregs call until, what we are legally advised to refer to as "Bus Lane incident" occured before returning for a very excellent call of his own and we welcomed Caity back - and we wish her good luck for Thursday A Level results day. As it was superbly called on twitter 5 word reviews - A game of two Sarrs. In the end a draw was more than we deserved in a performance that saw the Baggies running rampant against the Hornets who had taken a 12 minute lead through a moment of genius from Sarr. No one could complain that Albion equalised just before half time and when Sarr was bought down in the second half, it would have been unfair on the hosts if the Senegal striker had scored but he didn't instead he limply repeated his double penalty miss against Man Utd from last season. You hope he will not take another penalty for Watford or if he does that he has to take it from 50 yards out!!! Loads of regular and some great debut calls - thank you all as ever. COYH!
