Penguins look to make it three wins in a row against a struggling Islanders team

The Penguins will look to get their third straight win tonight against a banged-up Islanders squad. Patrick and Hunter give their keys to victory in what will be the Penguins' first of three straight divisional games. With an Islanders team struggling on special teams and with injuries, the Penguins will have to take advantage tonight to give themselves a boost to start off a tough week. Then, we got some updates on injured forwards Bryan Rust and Matt Nieto, both of whom are taking the trip to Long Island, Carolina, and Washington. They discuss where they could fit into the lineup and who could come out. Finally, a really cool story about how Rickard Rakell was able to bounce back and start the season hot dropped on The Athletic on Tuesday. They discuss that and how if the Penguins want to get back to the playoffs, Rakell will have to be a big part of it.
