Teamwork and leadership are very important factors that a team needs to implement to reach its goals and reach its mission.

It seems like leaders have all the power. But in reality, leaders provide guidance, wisdom, and strategy to other team members. Leaders must also trust their team members to carry out their assigned tasks. And allow other team members to work towards the same goal and mindset.

Good leadership sets a clear vision for the team. And teamwork allows the team to work towards the same goal and achieve it successfully.

About Our Guest: Henrik Dettmann

Henrik Dettmann is one of the most merited coaches in Finnish sports history. He is a professional Finnish basketball coach who served as head coach of the French LNB Pro A team SIG Strasbourg and the Finnish national basketball team. He was also the head coach of the German national basketball team from 1997 to 2004 and led the team to win a bronze medal at the 2002 FIBA World Championship.

According to Henrik, “I'm a true Helsinkian, and I take a lot of pride in it."
Today, Henrik Dettmann is one of the most merited coaches in Finnish sports history. With many achievements and medals. Such as the FIBA EuroCup Challenge champion in 2004, Finland, and Germany’s basketball coach of the year.
