#12 Peter Vesterbacka - Encouraging Finnish Innovation & Developing Talents

Did you know Finland has a population of about 0.07% of the world's population?

Yes, we all know Finland is a small country. However, it’s a small, but a mighty country with a bright future. The digital strongholds and success stories of many graduates are built on the backs of talent and entrepreneurial mindsets. Finland may not be Silicon Valley, however, it’s on its way there because of many young and brilliant minds.

In today’s episode, Ronnie and Peter discuss regional socioeconomic distinctions as a prerequisite for cultivating skills and encouraging innovation in Nordic society. This episode is an open conversation about young talents and harnessing the youth through education. If you’re a proud Finnish man or woman, Peter Vesterbacka and The New Nordic Wave of Change encourage you to develop your talent, so you can contribute your capabilities for a better society! That said, let’s start by listening to this eye-opening podcast episode.
