47. Shawna Sanders: Going off hormonal birth control, Unplanned conception, Homebirth & Feminine Embodiment

In this episode, I interview Shawna Sanders, she is known for her authentic, loving personality and her empowering teaching style. She eloquently blends movement and spirit into an ever-unfolding journey of self-discovery.

She is here to help others find that which they need most, a home within their bodies and the courage to follow their heart.

Her fire comes alive when guiding students into the remembering of who they are, where they come from, and what it is they are here to do.

Through primal breath and movement, Shawna encourages the raw expression of individuality, understanding that this individuality is what will be the catalyst for change on the planet.

As a mentor and coach she is highly attuned to her clients' needs and brings to light that which needs loving. She guides her clients into boldly embodying themselves, their essence, overcoming fears and limiting beliefs, speaking truth, and encourages everyone to journey into wilderness to find themself.

Shawna has a powerful ability to transmute trauma into gifts and bring darkness to light in a compassionate way by working on the relationship one has with their inner child.

While living in Topanga Canyon she became a certified Amba Movement Teacher, studying under her mentor Meghan Makena.
