About Gerardo:
Gerardo Urias is an author, athlete, and citizen of the world. Gerardo grew up in San Diego, California before leaving for Europe when he was 20 years old to begin an incredible life of adventure, travel, trials, tribulations, and transformation. Recently, Gerardo has relocated to his hometown of San Diego to promote his book about mental health, Taking Back My Mind: My Journey Out of Depression with Psilocybin Mushrooms. When Gerardo is not writing, he is surfing, skiing, rock climbing, hiking, or reading a book out in nature."
