This week Matt is joined by Stephanie Botts, RDH, BSDH, CEAS about the prevalence of pain in dental hygiene and what we can do inside and outside the operatory to feel better and ensure career longevity. Stephanie is a certified ergonomics specialist with a passion for helping the oral health community make simple changes that help reduce workplace discomfort and injury. Listen in!
