Ardent Run Club: Episode 42 - Jack Brown - Straight Outta Jarrow

On this episode, Tomi speaks with Jack Brown, a young athlete, running for Jarrow and Hebburn AC.

Jack is an ambitious athlete, training with many more experienced athletes, some of whom we've had on our podcast 😉

We talk all about Jack's training, his racing and his general passion for running. He talks a lot about the fun he has running and how the community plays a huge role in the enjoyment factor.

Improvement is what pushes Jack and he's got goals to lower all of his PB's, which is exciting!

Keep your eyes out for Jack Brown because this guy is going places!

We hope you learn something, we hope you get inspired and we hope you Find Your Fire.
