Ardent Run Club: Episode 43 - Lewis Liddle - From The Gym to The Road

On this episode, Tomi speaks with Lewis Liddle - 5 and 10K runner for Elswick Harriers in the North East.

Still only 20, Lewis got into running at a young age, but had to pull away due to injury problems as a child. He got back into running a couple years ago and has seriously improved over the last year, dropping his 5 and 10 times by 5 minutes each!

Lewis says these huge improvements comes down to all the training he's doing, so he shared what his general training schedule is like these days - running and gym work.

As a PT, Lewis shares the value in stength training in improving running, highlighting two main exercises for runners to focus on.

Lewis' mindset is one focused on improvement, and his motivation shines through in our conversation.

Make sure you listen all the way through!

We hope you learn something, we hope you get inspired and we hope you Find Your Fire.
