Meditative Art: Stress Relief


Thanks for joining me for a quick therapeutic art meditation to relieve anxiety and stress.

This is a new type of meditation just launched on the podcast. It's a condensed version of the therapeutic art sessions I offer on Breathe People. To get started we’ll need 2 sheets of paper, a black pen or marker and some sort of colors- watercolors, crayons or markers. Whatever’s available.
