This anxiety gives no chance for a good night's rest, and its recurring visits definitely leave a dark cloud on our overall well-being.


For me, doodling has been the secret sanctuary, a tranquil escape to settle down, sift through lingering thoughts, and declutter my mind before felling asleep.
