Frank hails from Lincoln, NE and now make his home in Denver, CO. Lincoln is where Frank fell in love with cycling and stated his training back in the early 90s, but it wasn’t until later in life he fell in love with the “science” of training and now is dedicated to coaching athletes full time. He is an advanced level coach with both USA cycling and Training Peaks as a level 2 coach as well as a certified coach with INSCYD which uses a unique performance software to perform remote metabolic profile testing for deeper insights on performance and physiology.

Frank coaches athletes from North America as well as Europe and Mexico. He has helped beginner as well as elite athletes crush their goals including multiple state champions, multiple gravel event podiums, national podium finisher in Great Britain, and the 2021 overall men’s winner of RAAM (race across America) which is known as the world’s toughest most grueling nonstop bike race.
