121: Fully Recovered: Hannah Update - Being Fully Recovered From Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia

You might remember Hannah from episode #77 of the podcast. Her story is pretty incredible! So if you haven't yet listened to that episode, I encourage you to check it out before tuning into this one.

When Hannah joined Panic to Peace in January of 2023, she was completely housebound and struggling tremendously. She made lots of progress through the program, and she joined me on the podcast in May of 2023 to share some of her journey.
