It's a call to pay attention to the changes and embrace the process, even if it feels uncomfortable.

I made a lot of lifestyle upgrades in 2024, and I am focusing on consistency with those habits. But I was slow to get behind my self-care. I still have a long way to go. Still, I am super aware of the years I was in a Reversed Tower, telling myself I was making changes when I was only dabbling in taking steps to improve my health.
